These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iDeal Auto Sales website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, or use the Site to transmit harmful or unlawful content.

2. Vehicle Listings, Pricing & Availability

• All vehicles are used and are subject to prior sale. Availability is not guaranteed and may change at any time.
• Advertised prices exclude tax, title, license, registration, and a negotiable documentary service fee, unless stated otherwise.
• We work to keep listings, photos, mileage, features, and pricing accurate, but errors and omissions can occur. Information is provided for general reference and is not a warranty. Please verify all details in person before purchase.
• Photographs may be representative and may not reflect the exact vehicle, options, or condition. The iDeal AI Score and payment estimates shown on the Site are informational tools only, are generated automatically, and are not appraisals, guarantees, offers, or financing terms.

3. Financing & Estimates

Any financing pre-qualification, payment calculator result, or estimate on the Site is illustrative only and does not constitute an offer or approval of credit. Actual rates, terms, and approval depend on lender review of your complete application and credit profile. Financing is offered through third-party lending partners on approved credit.

4. Trade-In & Vehicle Purchase Offers

Trade-in and vehicle-purchase values you receive are preliminary and subject to physical inspection and verification of the vehicle, title, and payoff. A final offer is provided in writing at the dealership.

5. Communications Consent

By submitting a form or providing your contact information, you consent to be contacted by iDeal Auto Sales and its partners by phone, text message, and email regarding your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent to automated calls or texts is not a condition of any purchase.

6. Sales Are Governed by Separate Documents

Nothing on the Site is a binding contract of sale. Any vehicle purchase, financing, or trade is governed exclusively by the separate written purchase agreement, buyer's guide, and related documents you sign at the dealership. Unless a written warranty is provided, vehicles are sold "as is."

7. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, design, graphics, logos, and the iDeal Auto Sales name, is owned by or licensed to iDeal Auto Sales and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (such as maps, social media, or lender pages). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iDeal Auto Sales is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any information on it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
